35-meter High Mast Light case: from production to installation

For the lighting upgrade project of Xi'an Public Square, Jieyao Lighting, leveraging its deep technical expertise in outdoor lighting, customized a 35-meter elevating High Mast Light solution for the project.

The entire production process, from raw material processing to finished product assembly, forms a closed-loop. The core technology utilizes a 1200T large-scale bending machine to achieve one-time forming of a 15-meter steel pole. Coupled with a nano-coating production line, the rust-proof lifespan of the lamp post is extended beyond 10 years. Additionally, equipment such as CNC die-casting and automatic flash-seam submerged arc welding ensure that the structural strength of the pole body meets the standard of resisting wind speeds of 60 meters per second.
