150W solar street lights are lit in the Philippines

In 2025, Yangzhou Jieyao Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for a lighting upgrade project in a large mining area in the Philippines, exporting 1,200 sets of 150W solar street light, covering 35 kilometers of main transportation roads and operation areas in the mining area, and becoming a benchmark energy-saving lighting project in the local area.

The mining area previously relied on the traditional power grid to supply power to street lamps, which posed a risk of power outages and incurred high operating costs. Jieyao Lighting provided a customized solution tailored to the situation: using high-efficiency polycrystalline silicon solar panels combined with 3.2V 30000mAh lithium iron phosphate batteries, which are suitable for the Philippine climate. With an average daily illumination of 6 hours, it can achieve continuous lighting for 12-14 hours, and can still work stably for 3 days even on cloudy days without sunlight. The product has passed IP68 waterproof and dustproof certification, and the aluminum casing can withstand extreme temperature differences from -25℃ to 60℃, perfectly adapting to the local rainstorm and strong ultraviolet environment.

During the project implementation, Jieyao Lighting relied on local logistics cooperation in the Philippines to complete all installation and debugging within 30 days, saving 70% of electricity costs compared to traditional street lamps. With a 2-year warranty and localized after-sales response, this case has driven subsequent cooperation in municipal road projects in the Philippines, demonstrating the competitiveness of China's smart manufacturing in the Southeast Asian market.
