Optimal Aerodynamic Shape: We utilize 12-sided or 16-sided polygonal cross-sections. Compared to traditional round poles, this geometry offers superior mechanical rigidity and effectively breaks wind vortex shedding, reducing pole oscillation.
Advanced Material Grade: Using Q355B high-strength structural steel, our poles provide a high strength-to-weight ratio, allowing the structure to flex slightly under extreme pressure without permanent deformation.
Precision EPA Calculation: We don’t just calculate the pole; we assess the Effective Projected Area (EPA) of the entire headframe and LED floodlight assembly to ensure the center of gravity and wind load distribution are perfectly balanced.
Coastal & Port Facilities: High wind resistance is paired with hot-dip galvanization (ISO 1461). This ensures that the structural steel remains immune to salt-spray corrosion, which can otherwise weaken wind resistance over time.
Highways & Interchanges: Our poles are designed to handle the "buffeting effect" caused by heavy high-speed traffic, ensuring the lighting remains stable and flicker-free for driver safety.
