In the Tonggu County urban lighting upgrade and renovation project, Jieyao Lighting has become a core supplier with its self-developed solar landscape lighting system. The project utilizes 6-meter steel lamp posts manufactured at the production base in Zone 1 of Guoji Industrial Park in Gaoyou City. The main body of the lamp post undergoes dual anti-corrosion treatment through hot-dip galvanizing and electrostatic spraying, achieving a surface adhesion level of Class II, which can withstand wind force level 8 and coastal high salt spray environments, ensuring a service life of over 10 years. The lighting fixtures are equipped with 150W equivalent LED modules, achieving a luminous efficiency of 130lm/W. Coupled with polycrystalline silicon solar panels (conversion rate ≥17%) and lithium iron phosphate batteries (cycle life ≥2000 cycles), it achieves continuous power supply for 365 days a year, maintaining normal lighting even during five consecutive rainy days.
The system employs dual-mode intelligent regulation, combining light control and time control, automatically reducing power output to 30% after midnight. Coupled with an independent cooling channel design, its operating temperature range spans from -30℃ to 60℃, meeting the extreme climate demands of both the severe cold in the north and the high temperatures in the south. In the renovation of backstreets and alleys in Tonggu County, Jieyao Lighting customized the installation spacing to 25-30 meters based on road width. Through the MPPT intelligent controller, it achieves efficient conversion of electrical energy, enabling 8-10 meter lamp posts to meet the average illumination standard of 15-30 lux, saving over 80% energy compared to traditional municipal street lights. The project adopts a "turnkey" model, encompassing full-process services such as road cutting, cable conduit embedding, and foundation construction. This approach shortens the construction period by two-thirds compared to traditional projects and eliminates cable laying costs.
